We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU without your consent or adequate protection. In the case of Microsoft Clarity, data is transferred to the USA based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), approved by the European Commission in July 2023.

  • Right to lodge a complaint — with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
